Dear Nodacobites,
(1) In line with our constitution, NODACOBA will hold an online ballot to elect our new National Executives in the first weekend on August, 2023, to be sworn in at our next National Convention.
(2) The following National Executives Offices/Positions are available for election.
(a) National President
(b) National Vice President
(c) National Secretary General
(d) Assistant Secretary General
(e) National Financial Secretary
(f) National Treasurer
(g) National public Relations Officer
(h) National Social Secretary
(I) Welfare Officers.
(3) Committed and capable members are encouraged to vie for any of the above elective positions to take the association to the next and higher level of her existence.
(4) Any member who wish to vie for any of the elective positions should do so indicating.
(a) Their Full Name
(b) Brief background/profession.
(c) What they hope to bring to the new leadership.
(d) Portrait picture of themselves.
They should forward this information to the Assistant General Secretary who will forward same to the NODACOBA Electoral Committee.
(5) Any financial member of the association can vote and be voted for in line with our constitution. Financial members are defined as those who have paid at least one year dues of the association which is a sum of twelve thousand naira (N12,000).
(5) To avoid any form of unintended disenfranchisement, members are advised to check their financial status with the Financial Secretary and or pay their one year dues of N12,000 accordingly to the NODACOBA bank account below:

(6) Members have from 1st of July to 30th of July, 2023 to pay their dues and or indicate their interest to vie for any of the elective position.
(7) We particularly encourage members to be part of the electoral exercise and to seek to serve our Alma mater.
