In preparation for our great Old Boys Association – NODACOBA Worldwide Annual General Meeting/National Convention earlier scheduled for 9th to 11th of June, 2023, I wish to inform us, it will now hold from 25th to 27th August, 2023 due to requests by most members in diaspora that are interested in attending the 2023 AGM and Convention. The terms of reference of the various sub-committees will be to ensure, their assigned tasks and targets are met within the given timeline. They should plan and work towards a successful and hitch free three days AGM/National Convention of NODACOBA Worldwide in the school compound at Ozoro. The sub-committees are also to function in accordance with their names. eg. Fund Raising Committee’s task and target will be to identify corporate organizations, government functionaries, MDAs/individuals that will support NODACOBA with finance and building materials to enable the Association complete the on-going Ultra Modern Hostel project of 120 bed seater accommodation for students of our Alma Mater before the year 2023 runs out. They are to work closely with the Planning and Organizing Committee. Members of the various sub committees will be meeting visually and physically where necessary to discuss and take decisions in line with their given terms of reference or assigned tasks. The Constitution Review committee is expected to turn in the reviewed constitution in draft before the third week of June, 2023, to enable the general house review and adopt, if okay by members of the Association Worldwide.
